Job Description: 
As a Delivery Head of MES, you will be leading the Manufacturing Vertical within IVL, to grow the vertical and standardize the delivery practices. Should have good understanding of Information Technology and Operational Technology integration – ERP systems, MES systems, customer systems, devices, IoT stack, Microservices, AWS/Azure, React.js/Angular, PowerBI and DevOps tools. 


Your responsibilities 
Integration of heterogeneous systems across business and operational layers in a typical manufacturing setup. Exposure to steel industry is a plus. 
Prepare and facilitate process and solution integration design sessions and facilitate integration design decisions 
Provide leadership and manage the Delivery organization vertical. 
Provide technical leadership and mentoring for the project teams in the areas of - Modernization, MicroServices, AWS and Google Cloud solutions, React.js designs, Node.js, Python, etc 
Manage the P&L of the given account to keep the operating margins as per the company standards 
Work with almost zero support structure, in a start-up like environment 
Lead and deliver RFP responses, Solutioning, Estimating, Costing and final presentation to the client stakeholders 
Manage large project accounts, which require engaging with customers at Senior Level. 
Deployment of application stacks integration supporting ‘end-to-end’ business solutions spanning technology platforms 
Transitioning of existing Service models into the Collaborative model 
Capable of multi-tasking and working on multiple high priority digital projects 
Identifying new opportunities and introducing best practices 
Delivery Leadership: Enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns & escalations; drive productivity, utilization. 
Drive future growth by managing gross margins, ideal revenue mix. 
Will be involved in trainign development, recruitment support as required. 
Create new services which map to market place requirements and client business. 
As a senior leader of the team, this role will carry responsibility in aiding organization development, innovation & providing solution while also aiding business development effort. 


Experience / Requirements: 
Strong knowledge of Delivery Management processes and models. 
Should have managed delivery team of at least 50 - 100 people or more with gross margin targets.. 
Should have strong customer relationship and project management capabilities. 
Should possess excellent team management, communication and leadership skills. 
It is necessary that the successful candidate will have the required latest technology exposure to engage with customers at senior leadership levels. 
Should have significant experience in the Retail/CPG domain. 
Looking only for Candidates who are involved in similar kind of Role or Vertical. 
Technology exposure to Ai, ML, Blockchain will be a huge advantage 
Partner with various internal and external teams/organization to facilitate seamless delivery of projects and products. 
Strategize on integration of Business IT systems to the Operational Technology systems. 
Drive design and development of technology solutions across products, which may include systems strategy, development of new integration frameworks and services. 
Drive thought-leadership on engineering and architectural practices and standards Ensure architectural integrity is maintained across products by adhering to best practices. 
Foster innovation to drive new product ideas or strategic product extensions into a commercial solution. 
Identify best fit scenarios of micro services and container technologies 
Knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices and standards 
Quality 

Responsible for process definition and update 
Responsible for implementation of quality controls, in line with agreed quality objectives 
Regular quality audits and report on results 
Implementation of indicators for quality and process management 
Enhance the visibility of the quality of the services delivered inside the company and to final customers 
Work closely with service delivery management (team & project). 
Your background 

At least 10+ years overall IT management experience with proven success contributing to profitability by aligning the relationship between business and corporate level marketing strategy. At least one of these years should be in a developmental role. 
Minimum of 5 years of experience building and leading lean, high performance teams across multiple locations. 
Minimum of an undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 
Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into well-defined requirements. 
Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. 
Experience working in the manufacturing domain is a must. Exposure to MES processes is a must. Experience with Steel industry will be a plus.
