a. Responsibilities
▪ Presales activities – study of markets and lead generation, working closely with marketing, principal and presales technical teams to help generate demand, participate in events to generate demand, Update CRM on timely manner
▪ Sales – Make techno-commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals in benefit of the organization, coordinate with principals and customers, complete necessary documentation
▪ Post Sales – own up customer support, coordinate with internal and principal’s teams, Timely recovery of payment
b. Key Skills
▪ Knowledge of Industry segments and their primary activities
▪ Study & Preparation for sales – technically and commercially
▪ Verbal and written communication skills
▪ Presentation skills to position company and product solution to prospects
▪ Mustering internal and external support needed for affecting a sale
▪ Commercial acumen to ensure profitability
▪ Target oriented alignment of activities
▪ Networking with sales ecosystem
c. Qualifications (necessary)
▪ Mechanical Engineering Graduate
▪ Sales Experience of 2 to 3
d. Qualifications (preferred)
▪ Master’s in marketing management
