Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.  Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.  Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.  Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.  Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.  Developing quotes and proposals for clients.  Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.  Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.  Cold calling and e-mail done regularly and generating sales leads. Coordinate with the recruitment team and ensure required resumes for the requirement is shared to the client. Achieve agreed revenue goals/profitability targets. Client Management, delivery management. Knowledge and Skill Requirement:  
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. At least 7-10 years of experience in sales, marketing or related field.  Must have sales experience from industries like recruitment or IT PAN India. Experience in lead generation, talking to clients, fixing appointments, follow up with clients  
is required.  
 Having existing relationships with clients to bring immediate business would be a plus. Enthusiasm and passion for sales and delivering above and beyond the norm!  Must be target and result oriented. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Staffing and Recruitment Industry are highly preferable. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Excellent organizational skills.
